How can we help you?

Yes, the Tuesday Warm-Up is included in your ticket.

Every year we put a limited amount of one-day tickets on sale, usually when the daily lineup split is available. In 2026, this happened at the beginning of May. We recommend not delaying the purchase of tickets.

For children – aged 0 to 12.99 years (inclusive) – we offer a discounted ticket; for teenagers aged 13 to 17.99, a special junior pass is intended. In any case, we recommend purchasing tickets in advance.

Yes, you can find a kids' corner at the festival – the Brutal Kids Zone, located on the green meadow right next to the Pit of Doom entrance. Entry to the kids' corner is for a voluntary contribution to its operation. Besides the kids' corner, we also offer rhythmic lessons and a kids' camp with a full program, meals, and sleeping. Details about activities for children can be found at the link: https://brutalassault.cz/cs/pro-deti-a-juniory

Right behind the main entrance.

Yes, top-ups for the wristband will be launched approx. 2 weeks before the festival starts. Follow information on the website and social media.

You can download purchased tickets and accommodation confirmations after logging into your account with which you registered and through which you purchased the tickets. We do not send tickets by email.

Brutal Assault is a cashless festival, and all purchases are realized through credit loaded onto a chip. The ticket is linked to the chip on the wristband (you will receive it at SWAP station).

If tickets for the festival, natural stand, or VIP boxes are sold out, there is still a chance to get them through our official exchange, where visitors sell their verified tickets. We do not recommend buying tickets from unverified sources.

Exchanging a ticket for a wristband (so-called SWAP) is possible at stations at the main festival entrance, on Tuesday also at the Warm-Up entrance, and also at Aamon and Beherit camps and at Parking 666. Furthermore, Brutal Express passengers can use the swap option during the ride from Prague to Jaroměř, or after getting off the train at the Jaroměř station. Lastly, we offer swap for those staying in selected hotels purchased through the BA e-shop.

The festival takes place in Jaroměř, in the Josefov Fortress, which is located approximately 20 km from Hradec Králové. From Prague, you can reach the festival venue via the highway in about 90 minutes.

The best way to get to the Brutal Assault festival is by train or bus to Hradec Králové and then by shuttle service to the town of Jaroměř. You can easily plan your connection e.g. via www.idos.cz

The festival operates its own train express from Prague on Tuesday and Wednesday; otherwise, it does not arrange transport from Prague.

For the 2026 edition, we deployed buses in December 2025 and trains in May 2026. It depends on the finalization of negotiations with individual carriers

No, neither parking nor camping is included in the ticket and must be purchased separately.

From parking lots 1-5, it is possible to leave without restrictions. Parking lot 6 and car-by-tent in the Beherit camp are in unrestricted exit mode, however, in bad weather or in case the parking surface deteriorates, exits would be restricted.

n a limited capacity yes, while following traffic regulations. Please also be considerate of locals and, for example, do not park in entrances to houses and courtyards. Parking capacities in the city are usually exhausted quickly.

Regarding official festival parking lots, sleeping in cars is prohibited in many of them. And therefore not only sleeping, but also grills, parties, etc. On the contrary, sleeping will certainly not be a problem in parking lots where we have the car-next-to-tent variant (Beherit camp and Parking 4). Likewise, Parking 6 has no restrictions regarding sleeping in the car.

An electricity connection for a caravan is available only at Van Parking 3, where 230 V with a maximum input of 2.5 kW is provided (it is necessary to use your own cables). Van Parking 4 and Car/Van Parking 6 do not offer this service.

Parking vehicles over 3.5 t is not possible at any of the official festival parking lots. You will have to park vehicles over 3.5 t in other areas.

You can camp outside designated festival camps, but watch out for areas marked with no camping signs. Typically areas on streets, squares, etc. - camping is prohibited here. Camping outside festival camps is at your own risk.

Yes, you can set up a tent next to your car, either in the Beherit camp (Car+Tent) or at Parking 4 (Car+Tent). This option is not part of standard parking. You can buy this variant here: https://brutalassault.cz/en/ac-76/car-by-tent

We recommend buying the camp in advance in the e-shop. There is a reception in every camp; for check-in, prepare the ticket you purchased (you will find it in your account in the BA e-shop). In the event that you have purchased a camp for more people but you are not all present for check-in, you will receive wristbands for your roommates who arrive later and you will hand them over. If you are a group with more tents, report this at the reception, and if the situation allows, you will be able to set up the tents next to each other.

These are token-operated showers, divided into male and female sectors.

No, and it wouldn't be very safe given the small space and environment with high humidity.

We offer Aamon, Beherit, Cerberus, Dagon variants, classic camps where you set up a tent, but also camps that will already be waiting for you, set up with an inflated mattress. In some camps, there is also the tent-by-car variant. In the Aamon camp, we also offer the possibility of accommodation in containers, so-called PentaVille.

Regarding the surface of the camps, all of them are accessible, but please keep in mind that the surface is grass or an unpaved road and these can suffer in bad weather. Another complication may be the elevation that needs to be overcome from the camps to the festival entrance. We therefore recommend having an assistant/helper, or an electric wheelchair.

The rules for what you can and cannot bring into the camp can be found in the description of each camp variant.

This is only possible within one sector. I.e., visiting friends in another sector or another camp in the tent area is not possible. However, each camp offers publicly accessible areas where you can meet without restrictions.

This varies according to the size of the given camp. Larger camps are divided into sectors; smaller camps do not have this sectoring. In larger camps, you only have access to the sector where you have your tent.

In principle, it is not a problem; if you have purchased e.g. a camp for 2 people and you have a 2-person tent of a dimension other than stated, it is still okay. However, if you purchased a camp for 2 people and had a 6-person tent, it would no longer be okay.

No, it is strictly forbidden to light any kind of fire, including the use of gas stoves.

It is not allowed to bring your own food or drink into the festival area; you undergo a check at the entrance. The festival offers a wide range of food and drinks. Neither omnivores nor vegans/vegetarians will go hungry or thirsty. We also think of visitors with intolerances, e.g., to lactose, gluten, etc.

You can get breakfast, among other places, in the camps where there are refreshment stalls focused on breakfast/snacks. However, you can also have an excellent breakfast in the venue, whether it's a "recovery" soup or a loaded sandwich, or fresh juice, fruit mix, etc.

Yes, and on a really wide scale. Every stall is marked with a station number indicating whether it offers vegan, gluten-free, or lactose-free food. We have one entire gastro-street for vegans and vegetarians.

Yes, free water is available at several locations marked on the festival map.

We try to constantly expand the offer of non-alcoholic drinks, although of course, it has its limits – we draw from the drink portfolio of the festival's partners. You will definitely find at least 2 types of non-alcoholic beers, there is a non-alcoholic bar in the vegan street, and every bar also offers lemonades, water, soda. Gingerrr in several flavors is an interesting addition and also offers a non-alcoholic variant. A number of smaller stalls then offer homemade lemonades, teas, coffee, matcha, fresh juice, and Vietnamese green tea. If you want to taste everything, you'll have your work cut out for you.

You can find the hotel offer on the official festival website. Do not hesitate to buy them; they are often quickly sold out.

A few weeks before the festival, we update the link found on your accommodation confirmation. After checking in at the hotel reception, you will also see the timetable after logging into the shuttle app.

Yes, we are working on offering this option in 2026.

You can park in any of the parking lots we offer. However, this is not parking inside the venue.
Due to the paved surface of the parking lots, we recommend parking lots 2, 3, or 4. Other parking lots are also accessible, but please keep in mind that the surface is grass or an unpaved road and these can suffer in bad weather. Another complication may be the elevation that needs to be overcome from the parking lot to the festival entrance. We therefore recommend having an assistant/helper, or an electric wheelchair.

We recommend entering through the main gate. Please keep in mind that the surface is an unpaved road and it can suffer in bad weather. We therefore recommend having an assistant/helper, or an electric wheelchair.

It is a raised platform for wheelchair users. We will allow entry for the assistant provided the platform capacity allows it. When capacity is reached, the assistant may be asked to leave the platform to make room for other wheelchair users.

We do not have a seating area reserved for PWD. Regarding the use of the platform for wheelchair users, you will not be allowed on it with only crutches; it is primarily intended for wheelchair users. To enter the platform, a valid PWD card would be required in addition to crutches.

When does the exchange open? Usually in the first quarter of the given year.

You will find the Lost and Found station every year on the current festival area map, usually at the Customer Care location at the main festival entrance.

We offer power bank rentals at the festival. Furthermore, there is a possibility to charge your devices in locker boxes equipped with USB ports. You must have your own cables.

You can use festival locker boxes to store valuables. These serve not only for the safe storage of your belongings but also for charging mobile devices.

We do not have storage for bikes in the camps, but upon agreement with the camp reception, it will not be a problem to lock your bike with your own lock, for example, to a fence.

There is no verified way to sign up a band for the festival. However, you can send us an email with information about the band – if your music interests us, we will be happy to get back to you. Contact email: t.fiala@obscure.cz

Medication definitely yes, if it is in a reasonable amount of the daily dose. Dietary food, e.g., in the case of diabetes, will need to be reported at the festival entrance and you must have a diabetic card or medical report with you. In the case of foreign visitors, a medical report issued in English is required.

Yes, you can. However, we appeal to the authenticity of the experience, which you get more by watching what is happening on stage than through a mobile screen.

It is not allowed to bring tape recorders, video cameras, or other devices for recording images and/or sound into the festival venue area. Making sound, film, or video recordings is strictly prohibited – even for private use. Bringing professional equipment is only allowed on the basis of pre-approved accreditation.

Volunteers can apply at this email volunteers@brutalassault.com, even if they are interested in a paid position.

In addition to the music program, the festival also offers a rich accompanying program. Visitors can use, for example, a cinema, lectures, autograph sessions, workshops, exhibitions, a game zone, sports activities, or chill-out zones.
